Shipping

Shipping is free for any order.

We ship to the following countries: France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number that will allow you to track the delivery on our carrier UPS's website. The package will be delivered against signature.

From the time of your order, here are the indicative shipping times:

• For made to order creations: delivery is made within 4 to 6 weeks. 
• For available creations: delivery is made within 3 to 7 working days, depending on the destination country.

Returns 

You have the option to return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt. To make a return, we invite you to contact us, and we will assist you with your request. 

Your order must be returned in its original condition: the jewelry in its original packaging, accompanied by its certificate of authenticity, and must not have been worn in order to meet our Quality Control.

Return shipping costs are covered by deCabanès. A prepaid return label will be sent to you.

The refund for your order will occur within 7 working days from the receipt by deCabanès of your return, subject to acceptance of your return by our Quality Control, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The refund will be made to the same credit card or account used for the purchase.

If you wish to exchange your order for another reference, we invite you to return your order for a refund and to place a new order.
